Each event is unique and to ensure that each event is handled with personalized, individual care, I manage every part of the account. Account Management means that each event, even those for the same customer, is a separate experience, and I manage every piece of every experience using a successful process.
I want to provide you with peace of mind to enjoy every moment of your experience. To ensure that your event exceeds your expectations, my process has four phases:
Concept Development—We brainstorm ideas and envision your event together. Then, we work together until the concept is fully developed, including pieces such as budgets, color palettes, size, and more.
Research and Development—Next, I research every detail of your event. I find music, venues, vendors, emcees, and anything else to make your event a success. I also put together the program for the day, so you don’t have to worry about making sure that everything is done.
Day of Event Management—Finally, on the day of the event, I ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes program management, vendor management, and everything else that goes in to creating an unforgettable experience. All you have to do is enjoy yourself. I take care of the rest. Part of making an extraordinary event is the work that goes in to managing the event as it’s happening. My services on the day of the event include:
Program Management—Each event has different components, and I manage all of them. I ensure that everything runs smoothly based off of my checklist and the run of show, which includes every moment from when the venue opens to when it closes. I keep everyone on the same page with clear communication and a positive attitude. Great management is key to making the event a success.
Vendor Management—Along with program management, I manage every single vendor at the event, from the caterer to the AV technician. I keep the vendors informed throughout the event and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
Post Event Management—After the event has ended, I do the cleanup and then close out the event and return the space back to the way we found it so that you can go home. Then, we schedule a post-event debrief meeting where I give you a report about who attended, how many attended, what went well, and what could be improved for next time.
